POMS PERSONAL TOUCH

                                Terms of Business

1. Any agreement in respect of the lease of any property is strictly between the client and the letting agent, the role of Poms Personal Touch is limited to that of an introductory agent who will have no financial involvement in any dealings.
2. Before any purchases or orders are placed by Poms Personal Touch the total sum agreed between Poms Personal Touch and the client must be deposited with Poms Personal Touch.All monies deposited with Poms Personal Touch remain the property of the client until such time as used to purchase goods as agreed with the client.
3. All goods purchased by Poms Personal Touch are purchased in the name of the client and therefore immediately become the property of the client.
4. Goods purchased by Poms Personal Touch on behalf of the client will be checked on delivery and any delivery damage/discrepancies notified to both the supplier and the client.
5. As goods are purchased in the name of the client any warranty claims become the responsibility of the client
6. A full inventory of goods purchased by Poms Personal Touch will be supplied to the client on request at any time, together with invoices / receipts to support costs. On completion of the contract any monies deposited with Poms Personal Touch in excess of the total value of goods purchased, will be returned to the client within 21 days of completion.
7. The relocation support fee charged by Poms Personal Touch can be paid in two equal parts, Half of the fee must be paid by the client at the time of the exchange of intent. The remainder of the fee will become due when the agreed purchase sum is finalised and must be paid when the sum is transfered to Poms Personal Touch
8. It is the aim of Poms Personal Touch to operate in the manner which develops trust between Poms Personal Touch and the client and offer exceptional value for money, both parties therefore to agree to operate on the basis of the letter of intent and to limit liability to the total of funds deposited by the client with Poms Personal Touch.
