Q. How hard is it to rent a home when i am in UK.
A. Very easy,you lease with the rental company and all paperwork can be sorted out using emails and faxs,and deposits can be wired across to secure your new home.
Q. How Do we pay for you service
A. We have UK bank accounts that you pay into,so it does not cost you any bank charges for transfer to another country.
Q. How much do i pay to enable you to buy the goods i need,and what happens to the money you have left over.
A. We have found that £2000 will be plenty to purchase the basic furniture for your home and all money left over will be transfered back to your UK account.
Q. What if i want more goods than the basic furniture package,like Dishwasher, Washing machine or even table and settee
A. Most houses come with a Dishwasher in, but any other electrical goods required can be purchased at the same time as the Fridge/Freezer so the only extra charge will be the cost of the electrical goods,if we have to shop around for table or settee etc,then we will charge our time to you.
Q. How do i know that the electrical goods will fit my new house?
A. We will go into your new house and measure the places where the goods are going and purchase the goods so they will fit perfectly.
Q. How do i know you are selling me the goods at cost and that I'm paying the best price
A. We will give you all the sale invoices in your name and we give you the web sites/Links to where we go,We purchase a lot of goods so we do get buying power and better discounts than list price.
Q. What arrears do you cover and where will you go to view a home for us
A. We are located in Mango hill (Halpine lakes) Near North Lakes,we mainly locate people to this area (and surrounding areas), but we have relocated people to the City and its suburbs at no extra cost,but if you want us to locate you south of Brisbane CBD,to the Gold Coast etc then we can arrange this at an extra charge.Just ask us and we can help you with your required location
Q. Would you ship my items from the UK or buy in Australia
A. I shipped all my house hold items to Australia,after six weeks it took to ship them, i wished i had never bothered,Nearly all items are cheaper in Australia so i would only ship personal items,so you will save £1000`s on shipping, then purchase your new items here.
Q. How expensive are TVs there.
A. They are a lot cheaper than the UK,For Example 42"plasmas start from $999 (thats £450 approx) and a 50" plasma good quality TV $2999 (thats £1400 approx) check out my links
Q. Can you help me if i want to buy a house as an investment so i can rent it out.
A. Yes we can arrange this,And we can fully furnish the home so you can rent it.
Q. Why should i use you and not some other person renting out a house as a emigration company
A. You can use some other relocation company in Brisbane but you will pay for it,they charge you if you stayed with them approx $640 a week so over a two month stay it will cost you $5120,i can help you rent a house of your own with your own furniture (not some old furniture that has been used by many other people) over a three month period for approx $2800, that`s a $2320 saving and Three months in the house using us.
