The Gold Coast is the event capital of Queensland. There is always something happening on the Gold Coast to electrify your senses with a year round calendar of world-class events set in this incredibly vibrant location. Central precincts such as Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Coolangatta-Tweed offer bars, nightclubs, dining and performances. There’s always a party feel to Surfers Paradise – particularly during major events – the Lexmark Indy 300 and the recentley announced World Rally Championships will be in SE queensland in 2008.

The loaction of the Gold Coast from Brisbane is a approx 35/40 mins down the main highway, you will see the theme parks situated on both sides of the highway, all of which are very easy to get to,If you wanted to locate to near these Theme Parks then we would advise you look around a place called Upper Coomera a recently new development,If you are going to the Beaches of Surfers Paradise from Brisbane it will take you approx 50/55 mins and from the Airport at Brisbane the Gold Coast is approx 60mins.
