1. This is how we help you, our services are as follows,

We will help you rent or purchase your new home in Australia, Even when you are in another country. We put you in touch with the Real estate agents who are marketing the property you are interested in, so you can rent or buy the property at the best price, We do not take or make any commission from you or the real estate agent for this. We help you with the required paperwork, you can either deal with us and we forward the paperwork to the real estate or we advise you what paperwork the real estate will require so you can send it straight to them. 

If you are unsure about renting or buying a house over the Internet, we can for a small charge of £25 (as long as the property is local to us), obtain the keys to the property that you are interested in, we will then make a Digital recording of the property and the surrounding area and send it to you using a link from our home page so you can get to see where the house is, if the property you are intrested in is further away from us , that is ok but we will increase the charge to cover our costs. 

We will supply you with a basic furniture package to enable you to arrive at your new home/life with the required items to help you cook/sleep and start your new life down under, if you require more items than are included in our basic furniture package, we can help you with these aswell by renting you the required items until such time you have purchased you new items thus saving you time/ hassle and money wasted by trying to purchase the items the day you arrive, this way it gives you time to shop around and with are help and advice you can save money on listed items in the shops  

Below is the process we follow and have found it to work very well

1. When you have recived your visa, contact use with the details of when you want to fly out of the UK, allowing us at least four/five weeks notice of your flight.
2. We will then find you a house to rent and start the paperwork involved so you can rent the house to be yours one week before you arrive in Australia
3. We then require you to deposit the agreed amount into our UK accounts to enable us to purchase the household goods you want.
4. We then purchase the goods and have them delivered to your new house and dress the goods in place.
5. The day of your arrival we will place food in the fridge and cupboards to your requirements
6. We will then (if required) pick you and any other members of your family from the airport and transport you to your new home
7. After we have purchased your goods we will return to you any money left over from the basic house hold package,we can repay this back into any UK account or give to you in AU$ at the banks exchange rate at the time
8. We will be avaliable for you to contact use regarding any questions you might have, also you will be invited to a social event to meet other migrants  

It will save you from buying a nice house in the pictures but you were not shown the run down house next door,or its near to a main road/railway track.   

When you have rented or purchased the new home, we will supply at cost to you a basic furniture package to place in your new home, this will consist of

• Fridge/Freezer
• As many beds as you require
• Bed linen
• Towels
• Pots and pans for cooking
• Plates, Dishes etc, including cutlery
• Food in the fridge and cupboards

All items are brand new and will be purchased in your name so you can keep the warranty on all new items.

Once we have purchased your new items we will meet the delivery companies at your new home, inspect the goods into your home (to check for any damage) we will then assemble/arrange your new home so its ready for you to move into.

If you are wanting to validate your visa or you are coming over for a holiday then we can arrange a holiday rental for you, many of these are on the beach front. We still help you arrange this through the rental estate agents and not through us (so you get the best price), and to give you an example all holiday rentals are full furnished and range around $400 to $700 per week.

We are in the process of obtaining more homes to rent in Brisbane city area,so just ask as we will have many more homes available for you to rent.

In short we will fit your rented house out with enough furniture for you to arrive in Australia and open the door on your nearly rented house which will be ready and waiting for you and your family to make it your personal house.   

Included in our help is advice and guidance to many aspects of living in Brisbane

• Health. Information on Medicare (includes joining forms) 
• Tax File Number (TFN). How and where to obtain one, we also enclose application forms.or can give you the Internet address so you can obtain a TFN. 
• Driving Licences. How and where to obtain one (Queensland Driving Centres) We include application forms for Bike Car and HGV,and advice on each licence. 
• Education. Guidance on finding the right school, including Kindergarten, Pre-Primary, Primary, High and Tafe (College).
• Public Transport System.  
• Centrelink. Information on Family benefit payments and any other benefits that you might be entitled to. 
• New and Used car`s. Includes legal requirements,Car Dealers, auctions etc. 
• Supermarkets and Shops. 
• Property. Buying or renting Houses in Australia.
• We can give you all this advice in a paper form or we can give you the information through E/mail, we can also give you all the paper information in a personal information folder when you arrive at the houses.
